Forms and registration without the per-form tax
Build the form, take the registrations, collect the money, and hold the signed waivers — in one place. Paid plans never shut a form off mid-season, because your busiest month shouldn't be the one that turns families away.

Most form tools stop where the work starts
Collecting answers is the easy half. The hard half is capacity, divisions, waivers, money, and a roster somebody has to work from on a Saturday morning.
A form is not a roster
A spreadsheet of responses can't tell you that U11 Rec is full, that four families still owe, or that three waivers are unsigned. TazForm models those as real things, so you can filter and act on them.
Submission caps arrive at the worst time
Capped plans run out during your busiest registration week — exactly when turning families away costs the most. On a paid TazForm plan, the form stays open and we ask you to move up.
The money should be yours
Registration fees settle through your own connected merchant account, rather than being held by a form vendor and forwarded on their schedule.
Three steps, one afternoon
- 01
Build the form
Drag in the questions you need. Add show/hide rules so people only answer what applies to them. Save it to your library and reuse it next season.
- 02
Open registration
Set capacity, divisions, and the dates registration opens and closes. Turn on payment if you're charging — or leave it off and stay free.
- 03
Work the roster
Watch registrations land, see who still owes, chase outstanding waivers, and print the check-in list on the way out the door.
Everything registration actually needs
Not a longer list of field types — the operational pieces that turn responses into a season you can run.
Form builder
Twenty-two question types, real logic, and math — no per-form ceiling
Build the form by dragging questions into place, describe it and let AI draft it, or import a photo of a paper form. Publish it on its own link or attach it to an event. Every field carries its own validation and logic, and every save is a version you can restore.
Registration
Capacity, divisions, and waitlists as real concepts
This is what separates a form tool from a registration platform. Divisions have their own capacity, one checkout can carry several participants, a spot is held while someone pays, and a full division keeps a waitlist that fills itself.
Payments
Your merchant account, your money
Charge for registration with early-bird pricing, late fees, sibling rates, coupons, add-ons, and payment plans. Card payments go through Stripe directly into your own account — and the price is always computed on the server, never trusted from the browser.
Waivers
Versioned text, signed per registrant
Waivers are versioned templates assigned to the events that need them and signed during registration. Each signed copy keeps the exact text, the version, the signer's name, a drawn signature if they gave one, and when and from where it was signed.
Roster, check-in & reports
Who registered, who paid, who's here
Every registration in one filterable table, a phone-friendly check-in that scans QR codes, and reports that break down answers, revenue, and fill rate — with a full CSV export whenever you want it.
Confirmations & messaging
Everyone hears back, and you can reach them all
A branded confirmation goes out the moment a registration completes. From the roster you can email or text a division, everyone who still owes, or the whole waitlist — with merge tags — and you get notified of every new registration.
Sharing & integrations
Your domain, your site, your systems
Put registration on your own domain, embed it in your website, hand out a QR code, and send every registration to the rest of your stack with signed webhooks.
One shared record
A registrant is already a contact
TazForm runs on the same Tixoola record as ticketing, fundraising, store, and CRM. The family that registered for camp is the same family that bought season tickets — not a second row you reconcile later.
The same caps at half the price
JotForm's paid plans cap forms, monthly submissions, payment submissions, and signed documents, and include one user below Enterprise. A form that hits its cap stops taking submissions until the month resets. TazForm's Growth plan has Silver's form and submission caps at half the price, with no separate payment cap, and paid plans keep forms open over the cap.

The registrant is already a contact
TazForm shares one record with TazTix ticketing, TazFund fundraising, TazCart, and TazCRM. The family that registered for camp is the same family that bought season tickets — not a CSV you reconcile in March.

Before you start
Is there a limit on forms or submissions?
Yes, by plan. The free Starter plan has 5 forms and 100 responses a month, Growth has 50 forms and 2,500, and Pro has unlimited forms and 10,000. A registration window is exactly when a cap would hurt most, so a paid plan never shuts a form off mid-season. It stays open and we ask you to move up.
Can I take payment through a form?
Yes, on Growth and up, and the money goes to your own connected merchant account rather than being held by us and forwarded later. You can set a flat fee, an early-bird price, a late fee, and per-participant or sibling pricing. Free events stay free — turn charging off and no payment step appears.
How are waivers handled?
Waivers are versioned templates you write once and assign to the events that need them. A registrant signs as part of registering, and the signature records which version they agreed to — so editing the waiver later doesn't rewrite what someone already signed.
What makes this different from a regular form builder?
Registration concepts are built in rather than improvised. Capacity, divisions with their own limits and waitlists, multiple participants on one checkout, outstanding balances, and a roster you can filter are part of the data model — not fields you invent and then reconcile by hand.
Can we run several locations from one account?
Yes, on Pro and Enterprise. An organization can have several locations, and each keeps its own forms, events, and registrations while rolling up to the organization. Clubs with multiple sites, school districts, and chapters use this rather than separate accounts.
How do we get our data out?
Every registration and every answer exports to CSV at any time, at no cost and with no notice period. Your data is yours.
Does it work with the rest of Tixoola?
TazForm shares the same customer records as Tixoola ticketing, fundraising, and CRM, so someone who registered is already a contact — no import, no sync, and no duplicate record to reconcile later.
