Camps & programs

Sessions, campers, and forms in one place

Summer camps, clinics, and after-school programs run several sessions with different capacities and different forms. TazForm treats each one as an event with its own roster, so the medical form and the payment end up in the same record.

What breaks

The registration problem

  • Every session is a copy of last year's form with small edits
  • Medical and emergency-contact answers are scattered across spreadsheets
  • The front desk can't see who has paid and who hasn't
What to run

Plays that map to real screens

One library form, many sessions

Build the camper intake form once and attach it to every session. Fork it only when a session needs something different.

Show the question only when it applies

Ask about allergies only if a parent says yes, and add the lunch add-on only for full-day sessions. Conditional logic keeps the form short.

A check-in list for drop-off

Print the roster for each session with balance and waiver status next to every camper's name.
