Season registration that knows U11 is full

Clubs and leagues register hundreds of families in a few weeks. The problem isn't collecting names. It's divisions filling unevenly, siblings who should pay less, waivers nobody signed, and a treasurer reconciling payments by hand.

What breaks

The registration problem

  • A form tool can't stop U11 at 120 while U9 still has room
  • Three siblings mean three forms and three separate charges
  • Submission caps run out in the same week registration peaks
  • Waiver status lives in a different system from the roster
What to run

Plays that map to real screens

Divisions with their own cap

Create a division for each age group and level, each with its own capacity. A full division stops accepting registrations on its own, and the rest stay open.

Sibling pricing on one checkout

First participant at full price, each additional one at a reduced rate. One form and one payment, with every child still on the roster.

Early bird, then a late fee

Set the cutoff dates once. The price changes on schedule, without anyone remembering to edit it.

Residents-only leagues

Limit registration to families within a radius of your fields, with a friendly message for anyone outside it.
