Plan caps
Responses are form submissions and registrations together. Closed events don't count as active. Caps on forms, events, and seats only stop you adding more, and nothing is ever deleted.

At 100 responses in a month, Starter stops taking new ones until the 1st or an upgrade. Paid plans keep forms open over their monthly responses.
Pricing questions
Is there a limit on forms or submissions?
Yes, by plan. Starter has 5 forms, 3 active events, and 100 responses a month. Growth has 50 forms, 25 active events, and 2,500 responses. Pro has unlimited forms and events and 10,000 responses. Enterprise has no caps. A response is a form submission or a registration, and closed events don't count.
What happens when we hit a cap?
On a paid plan, a busy month never shuts a form off. It stays open and we ask you to move up a plan. Starter stops taking new responses at 100 until the 1st of the month or an upgrade. Caps on forms, events, and seats only stop you adding more. Nothing is ever deleted.
Do you take a cut of registration fees?
Card payments are processed by Stripe on your own connected account, at Stripe's rates. Any platform fee is shown on your plan before you sign up. A paid registration counts as one response, with no separate cap on payments.
How many staff can use it?
Starter includes 2 staff seats and Growth 10. Pro and Enterprise have as many as you need. Staff sign in with their own Tixoola account and roles, so nobody shares a password.
How does the price compare to JotForm?
Starter is free with the same caps as JotForm's Starter: 5 forms and 100 responses a month. Growth matches Silver's 50 forms and 2,500 a month at half Silver's price. Pro has unlimited forms, against Gold's 100, at half Gold's price. JotForm stops a form when it hits a monthly cap. TazForm's paid plans keep it open and ask you to move up.
Is it cheaper to pay yearly?
Yes. Billed yearly, Growth is $19 and Pro is $49 a month. Starter is free either way.
Is there a contract?
No setup fee and no long-term contract.
Who owns the data?
You do. Every registration and every answer exports to CSV at any time, at no extra cost.
