Form builder

Twenty-two question types, real logic, and math — no per-form ceiling

Build the form by dragging questions into place, describe it and let AI draft it, or import a photo of a paper form. Publish it on its own link or attach it to an event. Every field carries its own validation and logic, and every save is a version you can restore.

Full details →

Twenty-two question types

Text, long text, email, phone, number, date, time, full name, dropdown, multiple choice, single checkboxes, checkbox lists, image choice, scale, rating, matrix, single and multi-file upload, US and international address, signature, terms, hidden, and calculated — plus headings, paragraphs, and page breaks. Questions can sit side by side in halves or thirds.

Logic that does more than show and hide

Combine conditions with all or any, then show, hide, require, disable, set a value, skip to a page, change the thank-you message, redirect, or email someone. The public page and the server run the same rules against one shared test suite.

Multi-page forms that save as you go

Page breaks turn a long form into steps with a progress bar. Answers are saved on the device, and “Email me a link” lets someone finish later on another one.

Calculated fields and priced answers

Compute an age from a date of birth, totals, or anything built from + − × ÷, min, max, round, and if. Options and quantities can carry a price that flows into checkout. All of it is recalculated on the server so nobody can type their own.

Templates and AI

Start from more than forty templates built for clubs, camps, and schools, describe what you need, or import a PDF or photo of a paper form. Then ask AI for changes and review what it changed before you apply it.

Versioned, with undo

Undo and redo while you build, and every save keeps a version you can restore. Submissions record which version they answered.

Standalone forms and a response inbox

Publish any form on its own link — contact, RSVP, survey, volunteer sign-up — with open and close dates, a response cap, one per email, and an optional price. Responses land in one searchable inbox with CSV and Excel export, PDFs, and logged edits.

Your look, two languages

Theme a form's colours, font, and corners, or pull a palette from your logo. Offer it in English and Spanish and let respondents switch.

02

Registration

Capacity, divisions, and waitlists as real concepts

This is what separates a form tool from a registration platform. Divisions have their own capacity, one checkout can carry several participants, a spot is held while someone pays, and a full division keeps a waitlist that fills itself.

Full details →

Divisions with their own capacity

Age group, gender, level, or category, each with a cap counted live. A spot is held while the registrant pays and released if they don't.

Several participants, one checkout

A parent registering three children fills one form per child and pays once. Set a maximum or an exact count per registration.

Automatic waitlists

When a division fills, people join a queue. As spots open, the next person gets an email with a link that holds the spot for them for a set time, then it moves on.

Approvals when you need them

Turn on approval for tryouts or applications: registrations wait for you to approve or reject, with an email either way and an automatic refund on rejection.

Open and close dates, team or individual

Registration opens and closes on its own schedule, for individuals, teams, or both on the same event.

Location-restricted registration

Limit an event to people within a radius of a place, with your own message for anyone outside it.

03

Payments

Your merchant account, your money

Charge for registration with early-bird pricing, late fees, sibling rates, coupons, add-ons, and payment plans. Card payments go through Stripe directly into your own account — and the price is always computed on the server, never trusted from the browser.

Full details →

Early bird, late fees, sibling pricing

Set the dates and the price changes on its own. Charge per participant, flat per checkout, or first participant plus a reduced amount for each additional one.

Discount codes

Percent or fixed-amount codes for one event or all of them, with start and end dates and a redemption limit.

Add-ons and donations

Sell merchandise with sizes and inventory, optional fees, or let registrants add a donation of their choosing.

Payment plans

Take a deposit today and charge the rest in installments on a schedule you set. Failed charges retry and the family is emailed.

Refunds and offline payments

Refund all or part of a card payment from the registration, or record cash and checks so balances stay right.

Sales tax, calculated for you

Turn on tax for an event or form and Stripe Tax works out the rate from the registrant's address. It shows on the receipt and is reversed on refunds.

Monthly and yearly dues

Bill memberships every month or year on the registrant's saved card, with failed-payment emails and cancellation from the roster.

Free events stay free

Turn charging off and no payment step appears.

04

Waivers

Versioned text, signed per registrant

Waivers are versioned templates assigned to the events that need them and signed during registration. Each signed copy keeps the exact text, the version, the signer's name, a drawn signature if they gave one, and when and from where it was signed.

Full details →

A template library

Write a waiver once and assign it to as many events as need it, in the order you choose.

Versioned

Editing a waiver creates a new version. Every signature records the version and keeps a copy of the text agreed to.

Typed and drawn signatures

Registrants read to the end, type their full name, and can draw a signature on any device. Name, IP address, browser, and timestamp are stored with it.

Signed PDFs with an audit certificate

Download any signed waiver as a PDF with a certificate page: signer, email, IP, time, waiver version, and a fingerprint of the exact text.

Required means required

A required waiver is checked on the server; registration can't complete without it.

05

Roster, check-in & reports

Who registered, who paid, who's here

Every registration in one filterable table, a phone-friendly check-in that scans QR codes, and reports that break down answers, revenue, and fill rate — with a full CSV export whenever you want it.

Full details →

Mobile check-in with QR

Every confirmation carries a QR code. Scan it with a phone or search by name; unpaid balances, missing waivers, and pending approvals are flagged at the door. If the Wi-Fi drops, check-ins queue and sync when it's back.

Per-question reports

See how answers break down — shirt sizes, ages, allergies — plus registrations by day, revenue by division, coupon use, and add-on sales.

Filter, audit, export

Search and filter by status, payment, approval, or division. Every answer, price, or status change is logged with who made it and why. Export to CSV or Excel, or download a PDF of any registration.

Registrant self-service

Registrants look up their registration with a confirmation number and email to see status, balance, and their QR code.

06

Confirmations & messaging

Everyone hears back, and you can reach them all

A branded confirmation goes out the moment a registration completes. From the roster you can email or text a division, everyone who still owes, or the whole waitlist — with merge tags — and you get notified of every new registration.

Full details →

Branded confirmations

Your logo, the event details, a confirmation number, and your own message, sent automatically and never twice.

Email and SMS to the roster

Pick an audience by division, payment status, approval, check-in, or waitlist, preview who'll get it, and send. Merge tags fill in names and confirmation numbers.

Organizer notifications

Get an email for each new registration or response, with names, confirmation numbers, and what was paid — or a daily digest instead.

Reminders that send themselves

Families who abandon checkout, owe an upcoming installment, haven't signed a required waiver, or left a form half-done each get one reminder.

07

Sharing & integrations

Your domain, your site, your systems

Put registration on your own domain, embed it in your website, hand out a QR code, and send every registration to the rest of your stack with signed webhooks.

Full details →

Custom domains with HTTPS

Point register.yourclub.org at TazForm; we verify it and issue the certificate.

Embed anywhere

Copy an iframe or an auto-resizing embed snippet into any website builder, or share a link and QR code.

Signed webhooks

Registration created, paid, approved, cancelled, checked in, waitlist, and form submission events, signed with HMAC-SHA256 and retried with backoff.

A developer API

Create read-only API keys and pull forms, responses, events, and registrations into your own systems.

Zapier and Google SheetsComing soon

Send every registration or response to thousands of apps through Zapier, or keep a Google Sheet filled automatically.

08

One shared record

A registrant is already a contact

TazForm runs on the same Tixoola record as ticketing, fundraising, store, and CRM. The family that registered for camp is the same family that bought season tickets — not a second row you reconcile later.

Full details →

Shared contacts

Registrants land in the same contact list that TazCRM segments and TazFund thanks.

No sync to configure

There's no integration to connect, because there aren't two systems.

One sign-in, real roles

The same account and permissions work across every Tixoola product, Invite as many staff as you need and give each a role from Settings → Team.

Many locations, one organization

Clubs with several sites, school districts, and chapters each keep their own events and roll up to one organization.
