TazForm vs JotForm

TazForm's Growth plan has Silver's caps at half the price, Pro has unlimited forms at half Gold's price, and a paid plan that goes over its monthly responses keeps the form open instead of shutting it off. Payments aren't capped separately, staff each sign in with their own login, and registration (divisions, capacity, multi-participant checkout, rosters) is part of the product rather than something you build out of widgets.

Where JotForm fits

Breadth: templates, widgets, gateways, and integrations

The biggest template library in the category, a deep widget catalog, 40+ payment gateways, and companion products for e-signatures, approvals, tables, and PDFs. If a form has been built before, there's probably a JotForm template for it.

Choose JotForm when: You need a specific gateway or integration out of the box, HIPAA forms, or a form type far from registration, such as a PDF workflow or a multi-step approval chain.

Where TazForm fits

Registration you run, not just forms you collect

TazForm is for organizations where the form is the start of the work: divisions that fill, families paying for several children, waivers that have to be accepted, and a roster somebody works from on event day.

  • No per-registration fee
  • No limit on stored submissions
  • No limit on form views
  • CSV export at no cost

Competitor marks were checked against each vendor's published pricing page on 2026-10-09. A partial mark means the capability exists only on some tiers or with a limit. means we haven't verified it. Each comparison page links to the source we checked. Capabilities and pricing change, so verify before relying on this table.

What to ask JotForm on a demo

Ask us the same questions. If any answer on this page turns out to be wrong, tell us and we'll correct it.

  1. What happens to a live registration form when we hit the monthly submission limit?
  2. Is there a separate cap on paid submissions, and what is it on each tier?
  3. How many of our staff can sign in, and does each extra seat cost more?
  4. Can a division stop accepting registrations on its own when it's full?
  5. Can one parent register three children in one checkout with sibling pricing?
  6. Are waivers included on our tier, and do signatures stay tied to the version signed?
  7. Who holds the money, and on what schedule does it reach our account?
  8. What does a full export of every submission cost, and in what format?
